Returns Policy
We only except returns if there is a serious fault or defect. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product via email sales@bluebohemian.com
We are unable to take returns unless the items are in the original packaging. Please check your items and let us know of any issues within 7 days of receiving them
12 Months Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty for our tents against any major manufacturing defects and are additionally able to accommodate with any spare parts and accessories. Due to the complexity of camping our warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect. Our tents have been built to withstand extreme weather conditions however the warranty does not include damage transpired from hostile environments. We advise that if your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, to take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us on i so we are able to confirm the defect or damage and resolve the issue immediately.

We value our on-going customer support and therefore will endeavour to solve any issues that you may have. If the warranty does not cover the damage, we offer help from our recommended supplier lists.
