Blue Bohemian was founded by Jessica Walsh and had its humble beginnings starting in 2012 selling Lotus Belle tents out of Mum and Dads garage.

In 2013 after a long career in the music and festival industries and being tired of seeing “nylon nightmare” tents thrown away, Jessica went public on Facebook to declare her mission of “Tents for life, not the landfill”.™ An environmentally led approach to champion sales of longer lasting canvas tents. 

Hard work and dedication paid off and we’ve been lucky to be a part of some of America’s biggest events and shows including Coachella, SoHo Desert House, Burning Man, the LA Auto show, Viceland’s The Most Expensivist, MTV and have been featured in People and Forbes Magazines, The New York Times just to name a few!

After 12 years as a major stakeholder in Lotus Belle tents, building the brand in Australia, USA and New Zealand Blue Bohemian was founded in 2024. We have 15,000 customers made up of business and individuals looking to create amazing glamping memories. Our tents can be used for anything; from yoga, entertaining, weddings, events, a playhouse for the kids and a pop-up bedroom for guests staying over summer.
